I had the privilege to oversee many large branding projects for IBM Watson Content & IoT Platform ranging from our new building design and build, to multiple digital product and SaaS launches. Below are a few of many different roles / hats I took on for various projects.
IBM Watson Advertising
With IBM's acquisition of the Weather Company, there were new possibilities on analytical services that we could provide to help marketers target consumers globally based on very specific criteria - making it super simple and cost effective for marketers to reach their ideal target audience with little guess work. The programing and structure of the Watson Advertising is very intricate and complex (as you can imagine) so the goal was to create a video both high intensity and informative could be used as both a launch video as well as tool to assist our sales teams during sales meetings. How do we take such a detailed and intricate program and make a quick launch video explaining how it works and the benefit while keeping it upbeat? The answer is below and when it was a such a huge hit during the launch that IBM decided to use this as a template for all future launch video formats - as you will see below.

IBM Watson Data Kits
IBM Watson has many different SaaS available for B2B. Watson Data Kits are just that - programs that help businesses use their data most efficiently and effectively. The programing and structure of the Watson Data Kits, was much like that of Watson Advertising above, very intricate and complex. Our goal once again was to create a video both high intensity and informative could be used as both a launch video as well as tool to assist our sales teams during sales meetings. IBM was so taken with the response and effectiveness of the Watson Advertising video that they requested this video follow a similar flow and style.
IBM Watson Brookhaven Building Project
Once IBM acquired The Weather Company, it was important to find a new home that not only housed everyone in the same place, but encompassed what that acquisition meant: data. The challenge was how to we create a modern, contemporary workspace that focuses on data while still incorporating some weather elements. We wanted the space to be innovated, clean and inspiring. It took many months and countless hours but with the help of GPJ - we were able to build a great space that the company can continue to grow into for years to come. My role in this video was to serve as EP over Brand Creative alongside the Global Executive Creative Director, which was in every aspect of what we were able to pull together in terms of look and function (such as the Data Wall).
