During my time at InVision, I had the opportunity to lead creative management and collaborate closely with CEO Clark and the Brand Design Engineering team. I worked on a range of initiatives, from product marketing and company branding to major engagements like conferences, industry reports, and product rollouts. I streamlined standard operating procedures, ensuring smoother workflows while balancing stakeholder needs through careful planning and scheduling. Partnering with the Creative Director, I managed creative resources, facilitated team check-ins, mitigated risks, and oversaw budgets. I also played a key role in approvals, digital asset management, and vendor communications—helping bring our brand vision to life across multiple channels including including conferences, industry reports and product updates and rollouts.
